Obituary Lived a long 750ish years, born to a wealthy family.
Spent his first hundred odd years as a Doctor. Discovered necromancy magic. His wife and child died, and he roamed the lands on his own ever since.

Along the way, stumbled across The Book of Vile Darkness. Upon reading it, gained a substantial amount of power. And a curse. He had to commit an evil act every 10 days, or risk death.
On the 10th day, he was out of options. All he had left to him was kill a friend. It didn't work. A mindflayer arrived to reclaim the book. Fabius was killed minutes later. A demon named Korr took his soul, and thus was unable to come back when a party member tried to revive him. Even after he tried to murder Valas, Valas still tried to bring Fabius back.
