Obituary Vanechka Egorov joined the Cold Iron Company after it had lost its previous leader, another fighter named Lachion, and quickly rose to the challenge of leading a group of mentally-damaged murderhobos.

He saw that the Cold Iron Company took part in the defense of Neverwinter with distinction, including the slaying of a dangerous enslaved Behir, and was rewarded for his efforts with a full pardon for previous crimes and a magical sabre named 'The Gift'.

Following that defense, he was whisked into a deadly dream by his great rival - the Black Spider. He would never awake again. He was slain in the dream world, being trapped there forever.
