Epitaph Death by Baghdad
Obituary A Dark-elf who lived in the slums of Baghdad. After being hired by Famine to grab an artifact from the undergrounds of Baghdad, he and his group were attacked by 2 giant acid-spitting centipedes who lurked through the shafts of the underground caverns. As the rest of his group either got dragged to parts unknown (See Rem), or left him to die with rotten legs. As the first centipede wrapped around his legs, he decided to drink a certain red/purple potion he stole earlier. At this moment he was completely rejuvenated, and was granted extra Strength. He proceeds to Shocking Grasp the centipede that was holding him to death, while the other one only finds its mate a few seconds after it died. Risilcot ended up buried underneath the first centipede. The other centipede examines the body of its mate, for a second unaware of its killer laying underneath it. Risilcot's only way out was to push the giant corpse off of himself, but even the extra strength of the potion wasn't enough to free himself. At that moment, the other centipede became furious and started to eat and melt through its dead mate to get at the sorcerer. Risilcot used all he had, using his only remaining spell slot to cast Burning Hands, and using Shocking Grasp until the centipede fried, melted off its own face, and died. Risilcot then pushed off the corpse, grabbed whatever was left of his stuff, and broke the hole that lead to his party, and was mended shut to leave him for dead. He met up with his party, a cleric named Stamper, and a warforged monk going by "The Warden". He proceeded to greet them, tell them what happened, and went to sleep. Unbeknownst to him, the potion had negative side effects, which ended up killing him in his sleep.
