Epitaph She attempted to befriend a dragon using nothing but good will, and the dragon's icy rebuke stopped her heart in her chest.
Obituary Spinglewich was a gnome who was blessed by the deva Lutrin. It was from this deva that she learnt all she knew, for her mother and father were mere outlanders with little to teach beyond basic survival. She met a tiefling named Auter, with whom she agreed to flee home to find destiny. Along the way, they met a kenku named Brevi, who Spinglewich saved the life of and secured a life debt. Lutrin then guided the three of them to a clockwork tower, where she claimed "a wealthy woman was hiding a dark secret". They entered the tower with the help of a third party in hope of unearthing this secret, but a steam mephit that they were attacked by but failed to kill released a white dragon from its cage, which Spinglewich made the foolish decision to bargain with. It ignored her and flew to the top of the tower, and Spinglewich persisted, flying up there as well. The dragon lost patience and unleashed its frost breath, causing Spinglewich to die of shock. Brevi was able to catch her falling body by summoning two giant octopuses to catch her and Auter was able to ground the dragon (seemingly for good) using a magic spear.

Auter and Brevi are currently seeking a means of resurrecting their friend, for it was clear that Lutrin has more planned for her...
