Epitaph Was driven mad by Demogorgon and was killed by the party in self-defense.
Obituary Jikan's father was an orc warlord who raped his mother while he was pillaging a small rice farming village. Jikan was raised his whole life as an outsider, until he began talking to the village elder, an old man honor-bound man by the name of Kabuto.
“You son, you have done no wrongs, yet I believe your father had. If I was able, I would have picked up my blade that day so many years ago, but even then my bones were brittle, and my mind failing. Yet you, you stand before me in the image of youthful strength, and I see a fire behind those eyes of yours that demands righteousness. You, son, who have no doubt had a life of hardship, I see no person more fit for passing judgement on who has done wrong, for you have witnessed it firsthand, and heard the stories of your ancestors who slaughtered us years ago. You know what is wrong, correct?”
“I think... ” Jikan pondered for a moment in response.
“Then tell me, what is wrong?”
“Stealing.”
“Go on, son. Another.”
“Lying”
Kabuto nodded. “Yes, good. Another.”
“Prejudice.”
“Smart boy. Another?”
“Killing.”
Kabuto laughed at that one.
