Obituary:

His dad pointed at some inscriptions made in the wood of the bow. “This inscription Brunn has made me the man I am today, follow it as did I and become the great bugbear you father has always been.”

Brunn looked closer, the inscription read: “You are never alone, the stars in the night is what we call home.”

“Well?? Are you gonna take it or not?” his father presented the bow once again to him.
Brunn took the quiver, the arrows and the bow out of his dads hand and from this day on years of training started for Brunn. In the coming years he trained everyday, found his and started a family. His father and mother passed along the way and Brunn became older and wiser.

Wisdom comes with choices and on the 20th year of his rulership of the tribe Brunn got met with a choice that would change his life. He sat on the side of his bed, looking at the bow he got from his father. The past weeks more and more dragons started appearing and threatening the town. He had slain many with the help of his guards, but something had to change. Tonight Brunn will leave the
tribe to protect his family and the tribe altogether on his own.

So he did, the coming years he would protect his tribe from a distance, staying in the woods but away from the members of the tribe. They assigned a new ruler from the looks of it, it was his son. Tears rolling down his cheeks watered the ground beneath him.

“My boy, I am so proud. You’ve grown so much in the last years.” Brunn thought to himself that this is what his father felt when he stood at the altar. Many years passed and Brunn had now given himself a name that he could bear (xd) outside of his tribe. Andrei, the name his grandpa had and Gregesk as his last name. This was the name of the tree his bow was made out of.

Andrei took out a flask and drank some of his self-made vodka he made from fermenting potatoes.

He heard a scream and a loud screech, it was time again. He got a hold of his bow and ran to the screeching sound in the distance.
