Died from overdose using poison to deathwalk to other side to save friends soul from the underworld.
Kera's friends are few and far between. The only true friend he has so far, due to never actually socializing, has been a lost starlet in a capital city that he funnels money to. She may or may not have his child. He doesn't know for certain, but he'll support her either way... until she wrongs him. In which case, god help her. He does have business contacts, but those hardly count.
Kera's enemies involves an entire prison staff and bounty hunters meant to capture him and bring him back. They also involve an entire cult that wiped out his family. In addition, he's wanted back at his original village for never having officially paid fines for his inheritance and improper grave digging/grave digging without a license. Finally, a dog. It knows what it did
Kera's personality is grave. He is a relatively serious person and takes his job heavily. He is a mercenary by trade due to never learning any viable trade. This reflects on him. His humor is dark, and his view of the way things should be is also dark. He doesn't take kindly to injustice, and he definitely doesn't take kindly to hatred. Other than that, he might be a decent person...Might.
Kera tends to like cats and children. He treats children fairly and with some modicum of respect as "they're just as cruel as I... Kindred beings." He doesn't look down on people, but he won't be friendly. Professional is the best description. No matter what, he will stick to his vows and job... for all that entails. Speaks fairly, if a bit long winded. Absolutely remorseless in combat.
