Obituary:

Bones made a lot of mistakes in his life, but worst of all was putting his twisted desires above his friends. When faced with a monstrous enemy who had just knocked out his oldest friends, Bones made a choice - his life for a lasting scar.

His friends made it out of the cave, and around the villain's wrist bears the scars of one last thorn whip.
