Originally on the path to being a paladin, Jandar had to turn to the wayside to become a Celestial Warlock. Having fallen in the village of Barovia, he was given a choice; come back to life, at a cost, or wander the mists. He chose the mists, and this meant his soul is now forever trapped in the ghosts of Barovia.
